out of network insurance billing

We are not currently billing insurance. However, we provide receipts that contain all of the information insurances require for submission to cover out-of-network physical therapy services. Therefore, we have had clients that have submitted our receipts to their insurances and they have received reimbursement for our services. Of course, every insurance is different and out-of-network coverages vary depending on your specific plan.

Also, if you have no insurance, that's no problem either. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards!
