Service Areas

Our headquarters is based at 4535 N. Habitat Way, Appleton, WI 54913 and we provide physical therapy treatment to all service areas including Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Darboy, Fox Crossing, Freedom, Greenville, and more.

As long as your home or business is located within 20 minutes of our headquarters, there is no additional fee for a physical therapist traveling to your home to provide treatment. If you are located 21-30 minutes away, a $20 travel fee is assessed, but in some cases, this can even be waived.

If you live further than 30 minutes outside the area, we can still probably see you, but you would need to contact us to determine what the fee would be for travel.
