Sports Medicine

Due to extensive experience in working with athletes and your therapist’s own experience in participating in sports, you are able to receive sports medicine-based therapy treatment for your sports injuries in the convenience of your own home.

This includes working with athletes with all common sports injuries including but not limited to the following:

• Tendonitis & overuse injuries such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, etc.
• Muscle strains including hamstring strains, calf strains, etc.
• Joint sprains including shoulder, elbow, knee, ankle sprains, elbow and wrist sprains, etc.
• Post operative care of repairs for ACL tears, rotator cuff tears, biceps tears, etc.

Sports performance training and injury prevention training are also available services including the following:

• Strength & conditioning programs designed for your specific sport
• ACL tear prevention programs
• Rotator cuff tear prevention programs
• Return to throwing programs
• Return to running programs
