your first visit

Preparing For Your First Visit

Please attempt to have all new patient forms completed before the start of your visit. Try to wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area(s) that are to be assessed and treated.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

At your first visit (which usually lasts about an hour), you will have a very thorough evaluation performed assessing range of motion, flexibility, strength, and joint mobility in all the areas that may be involved in your condition. Once a full assessment has been completed, a plan of care will be established and treatment will begin. Usually there is approximately 20-30 minutes left for treatment after the assessment has been performed. As a part of the treatment, exercises are often prescribed in the form of a home exercise program that will assist in helping you to overcome your condition.

What You Need for Your First Visit

Please have ready at your visit your driver’s license or other form of ID, your insurance card if applicable, referral from your doctor if applicable (usually this is not required), and form of payment. The following is a list of accepted payments:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, & more
  • Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay
